Who We Are

The Team

Our team of Massage Therapists take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that gaining range of motion can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, your day one ROM and your end goal to create your stretch plan.

Positive Growth Mindset

 A positive growth mindset can be a key component to success with most everything and it is certainly worthy of mentioning. As with anything in life, the kind of perspective an individual has can directly impact the outcome. 

 

  1. Customize the stretching and myofascial rolling homework to specific needs.
  2. Consistency with a few key stretches will enhance program adherence. Too many stretches become overwhelming.
  3. Remove movement patterns or daily positions that interfere with the goals of the program.
  4. Maintain a positive mindset and reframe negative thoughts by remembering that daily progress is the goal versus striving for immediate perfection.
  5. Recognize all progress no matter how small it may seem

We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on assisted stretching, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you incorporate a stretch program into your massage or fitness routine, you will find increase in your posture, mobility, physical and mental strength, sleep and a decrease in stress, fatigue and soreness.
